Oleifera Rapeseed Oil
Oleifera, is Scotland's only premium cold pressed rapeseed oil. It is grown by a small group of farmers based close to the Scottish Borders and then simply cold pressed and bottled so none of the good ness is taken out. Oleifera is a great all rounder in the kitchen and is suitable for stir frying, baking and roasting as well as salad dressings and mayonnaise. It makes fantastic roast potatoes and deliciously moist carrot cake! Cold pressed rapeseed oil is very healthy and currently recommended by many nutritionists. It has half the saturated fat and ten times the Omega 3 compared to olive oil; it also a natural source of Vitamin E.
